1. Browse the week's board
Every restaurant posts what it's willing to cook, on which day, and how many it can make. Think of a specials board on the sidewalk, only a few days early.
2. Claim your meal before the cutoff
Each meal has an order-by deadline — usually 1–3 days before the kitchen cooks. Once it passes, ordering closes so the restaurant can shop and schedule with certainty.
3. Pick it up in your 15-minute window
Pickup only for now, during the kitchen's own hours. You choose a 15-minute slot at checkout, so there's no line and nothing sitting under a heat lamp. The discounted price is the whole price — no service fees, no delivery markup.
Why the food is cheaper
A restaurant guessing at Thursday demand overbuys, overstaffs, and throws food away. Knowing on Tuesday exactly how many lasagna trays to make removes all of that waste — and the savings land on your receipt.
Canceling
You're charged when you commit. Change of plans? Cancel free for a full refund until 24 hours before the order-by deadline. After that the kitchen has already bought your ingredients, so the order stands.
